Damien Bresson did his surgical training in Paris then worked in the Neurosurgery service at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital for 2 years. While training in general neurosurgery, he became particularly interested in vascular disease. This interest led him to work in Professor J.J. Merland's Interventional Neuroradiology Unit where he worked, in particular, with Professor E. Houdart and Dr. J.P. Saint-Maurice.
Since November 2007, Damien Bresson is working in Professor B. George's Neurosurgery service. His consultations and therapeutic activities are related (surgery and/or endovascular interventions)to the Neurosurgery and Interventional Neuroradiology Units.
His specific areas of interest are the treatment of intracranial aneurysms, arterial and venous malformations and cavernous angioma.
